Federal prosecutors have decided not to pursue a criminal case into how Heath Ledger died. Mary-Kate Olsen should be heaving a sigh of relief, especially since the subpoena that the DEA obtained is no longer valid, it being hinged upon the prosecutors pursuing the case. But there’s a caveat: it could still be revived if evidence of a crime emerges.
